The upper container of the kettle is screwed on, which is also equipped with a strainer on its underside, but even finer. It is cooked over low heat. After a few minutes, steam begins to form in the lower container, which pushes the boiling water through the funnel with ground coffee to the top of the kettle, where the finished coffee is already accumulating.
