A mocha espresso pot is a machine for brewing coffee at home using high water vapor pressure. Water is poured into the lower container. The funnel (located in the middle), the bottom of which is equipped with a fine sieve, is filled with medium-ground coffee. The upper container of the kettle is screwed on, which is also equipped with a strainer on its underside, but even finer. It is cooked over low heat. After a few minutes, steam begins to form in the lower container, which pushes the boiling water through the funnel with ground coffee to the top of the kettle, where the finished coffee is already accumulating. This can then be served directly into a cup.
