Soft foam insoles with integrated heel. Designed to significantly improve walking comfort and effectively reduce the feeling of tired feet, especially in high-heeled shoes. They conform to the shape of the foot and cushion pressures while walking. Thanks to the integrated heel, they also stabilize the foot further, protect the heel from abrasions, and safeguard the interior of the shoe from damage. How to use: Fit the insole appropriately into the right and left shoes. The front part should go up to the tip of the shoe, and the heel should sit slightly below the line of the shoe heel. If necessary, cut the insole to the appropriate size. Insert the insoles again, remove the protective paper from the adhesive surface, and press the heels into the inside of the shoe.
